Mobile Towers can be installed within the limits of Municipal Corporation Gurgaon only after the express approval of the Commissioner Municipal Corporation Gurgaon under Haryana Municipal Corporation (Erection of Communication Towers) Bye-laws 2009. The Bye-Laws make it mandatory for a company to inform the Municipal Corporation Gurgaon of any fresh permission granted by TRAI as soon as possible. The Corporation shall have the first right of refusal to provide any of its premises or Land on rent or lease within the permitted area for the installation of a new communication Tower. The Corporation shall offer within a period of 15 days from the date of application, a suitable place for installation of tower, failing which the applicant company shall be free to identify an alternate site.
