You can apply for No-Dues certificate through this web-portal or can apply in Citizen Facilitation Centre of Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon.

To obtain no-dues certificate from Municipal Corporation you need following documents:
1. Copy of Receipt showing development charges
2. Copy of letter showing approved building plan

Along with these documents there should not be any outstanding House Tax liability
