6. The bidder must be registered as manufacturer of Same Machine or its Authorised Dealer.
7. The Commissioner, MCG reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
8. The conditional/telegraphic tender will not be accepted.
9. The earnest money shall be refunded after three months of successful completion of work.
